She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Cox and Mary Hawkins Cox; her husband J. C. Hollis; and her daughter Mary Gentry. She is survived by: her children, Anna Bennett (Larry), Chester Hollis (Anita) and Charles Hollis, Jr. (Brenda); and her siblings, Johnny Cox (June), Nathaniel Cox, Jerome Cox and Julia Bryant. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
