She was predeceased by: her mother Patsy Havner; and her brother Edward Miller. She is survived by: her father Randy Armstrong (Becky) of Parsons, Kansas; her husband Thomas Bland of Higden, Arkansas; and her children, Kevin Bland (Stormie) of Beebe, Anthony Kidd (Stephanie) of Clinton, Arkansas and Rebecca Bland Starkey (Spencer) of Rose Bud, Arkansas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and many extended family members and wonderful friends.
