He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Tackett and Elsie Tackett (West); his wife Mary Tackett; and his brother Harold Jean Tackett. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Carpenter (Denny Ray) and Tammy Lankford (Sonny); his grandchildren, Aaron Tackett (Cassie), Danielle Carpenter and David Lankford; his great grandchildren, Blane, Braelynn and Rowan Tackett; and his siblings, Tommy Tackett (Carol) and Pat Fricke (Ed).
