He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anna Lucille Taylor Fryer, Richard Reese Fryer, Nettie Novella Johnson Carlisle and James Allen Carlisle; and his father-in-law James Russell Cartillar, Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Carlisle and Martha Carlisle of Fair Oaks; his wife Jill Cartillar Carlisle of Hickory Ridge; his children, Samuel Allen Carlisle of Hickory Ridge and Sydney Azline Carlisle of Hickory Ridge; his grandchildren, Paxton Carlisle and Adeline Carlisle; his sister Melissa Carlisle Hall (Tony) of Morton; his mother-in-law Peggy Karnes Cartillar of Tilton; his siblings-in-law, Rusty Cartillar (Djuana) and Judy Cartillar Pearson (Nickey); and his nieces and nephews, Nickey Lynn Pearson, Jayme Cartillar, Tori Cartillar Willis, Sydney Hall, Kaylee Hall, Madelyn Hall and Peyton Pearson.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tilton United Methodist Church (224 AR-364, Hickory Ridge, AR 72347). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the Slocum Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Tilton United Methodist Church in memory of Jerry Carlisle, Jr.
