He is survived by: his sisters, Edna and Phyllis Jean Cook; his son Randy Cook of Hot Springs; his stepson James Paul of Fisher; his daughters, Carole Ann Cook and Lynda Howard of Hickory Ridge; and his brothers, Lonnie Cook of Paragould and Ray Cook of Truman.
