He is survived by: his mother Margie Mooney (Guin); his wife Judy; his children, Joseph "Joey" Lee Mooney (Ashley) of Magnolia, AR and Jennifer Mooney of West Memphis, AR; his stepchildren, Kevin Russell Brooks (Michelle) of Rising Sun, MD, Sharon Brooks Noble (Larry) of Brighton, TN and Melissa Brooks Brewer (Mark) of Wewahitchka, FL; and his siblings, James Mooney of Heth, AR, Shelia Riley (Steve) of Marion, AR and Penny Morris (James) of Bartlett, TN. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
