She is survived by: her grandchildren, Barry Booker (Kim) of Hermitage, AR, Clint Booker (Amy), Forman and Tammy McDougald (Joey). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.
