He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Temple and Vashtie Clanton Temple; his wife Nancy Pyatte Temple; his son Phillip Temple, Sr.; and his brother Charles Temple.
He is survived by: his daughter Raquel Temple Danko (John) of Cabot, Arkansas; his sister Connie Temple Law; his grandchildren, Phillip Temple, Jr. (Danielle) of Woodlawn, Mason Temple (Jamie) of Maumelle, Kaelie Temple (Clayton Ashcraft), Zane Ashcraft and Jaxon Temple; and his great grandchildren, L. J. and Bexley Temple.
