She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sprankle and Blanche Hatchell Sprankle; and her siblings, Pinky Harrington and Richard Sprankle. She is survived by: her husband Billy Wade of Hensley; her son Richard Wade of Hensley; her sister Katie Whitmire of Sheridan; and her granddaughters, Allie Wade and Annika Wade. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
