He is survived by: his wife Michelle Weathersby Smith of Hensley; his children, Drew Smith (Crystal) of Sheridan and Misty (Michael Carmono) of Little Rock; his brothers, Myron Smith (Pam) of Sheridan and Dean Smith of Mabelvale; and his grandchildren, Skyler, Juliet, Chloe, Addison and Alyssa.
