He was predeceased by: his wife Gail Rummel; his parents, Otto Rummel and Goldie Rummel; and his siblings, Charles Rummel (Bill) and Audrey Jane Mitchell.
He is survived by: his children, Krystal Hoskins, Erin Shahan (Jimmy) and Eric Arter; and his brothers, Donald, Larry and Richard Rummel. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
