We bid farewell to Florence Jean Culpepper (Little Rock, Arkansas), born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 24, 2024 at the age of 81. Florence Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Fratesi and Irma Reginelli Fratesi; her husband Kenneth Wayne Culpepper Sr.; and her siblings, Theresa Smith, Mary Ann Herman, Lena Mae Stewart and Joe Fratesi.

She is survived by: her daughter Tamara Ringler (Kenneth W. Culpepper Jr.); and her siblings, Robert Fratesi, Lorraine Burns, Betsy Wooley and Judy Bennett. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandson and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Theresa's Altar Society.
