She was predeceased by: her parents, James Partin and Elizabeth Partin (Richardson); her husband Charles Edward Parker; her daughter-in-law Denise Parker; and her sisters, Marion Kelly and Mary Walter.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Stephen "Chuck" Parker (Rosemary) of New Bern, Mark Edward Parker of Jerusalem and Nancy Rebecca Bagwell (Richard) of Hensley; her grandchildren, Colton Bagwell (Kayla), Mackenzie Bagwell, Jason Parker (Amanda), Jennifer Williams (James), Kyle Parker (Jennifer), Joe Don Parker, Channing Stephanie Parker (Emmaline) and Jimmy Parker; and her siblings, Steve Partin, Regina Kinslow of Conway and Bernadine Dean of Conway. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
