He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Wade and Lillian Ashley Wade; his wife Nancy Sprankle Wade; and his siblings, Jerry Middleton and Stella Nichols.

He is survived by: his son Richard Wade of Hensley; his siblings, Johnny Wade of Little Rock and Jeanette Barnett of Searcy; and his granddaughters, Allie Roman' and Annika Wade. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
