He was predeceased by: his parents, Windon, Sr. Baker and Margaret Baker (Schafer); and his siblings, John Bill Baker, Robert Baker, Shirley Kimberling and Jackie Finney.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah, David Rowan of Benton, Dr. Barry and Joni Baker of Senatobia, MS; his grandchildren, Holly Jones (Jarrett), Jarrett Baker, Brock Garrison (Amber) and Seth Baker; his great grandchildren, Blakeleigh Garrison, Ashton Jones, Eden Garrison and Dane Garrison; his siblings-in-law, Bob Kimberling of Houston and Mary Olivia Wood of Earle; and also Terry (Fred Garrison) of Barton, Arkansas.. He is also survived by his children and their spouses.
