He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lewis Payne Sr. and Ethel Lee Shaffer-Payne; and his siblings, Carolyn Jean Payne, William Edward Payne, Michael Anthony Payne, Patricia Ann Payne-Perdue, Mattie Lee Shaffer and Carrie Lena Payne.
He is survived by: his siblings, Darryl Payne (Janine) of West Helena, AR, Pamela Payne of Bentonville, AR and Donna Payne-Haliburton (Rick) of Atlanta, GA; his brother-in-law Timmie Perdue Sr. of Atlanta, GA; his nieces and nephews, Celeste Payne, Shanedra Barnes (Sam), Devron Payne and Jazmine Pruitt; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cedrien Payne-English, Shelbi, Sullivan, Sean Barnes, Zoey Marie Payne and Zy'aire Amar Orr; and also Camden English.
