He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Vester Vent, Hazel Mayher Vent, Melvin and Louise Tipton. He is survived by: his parents, Lee Vent and Carolyn Vent; his friend Cornelius "Woo" Cohen; his wife Mattlyn Mansfield-Vent; his children, Kendra McCraney, Adrianna Powell (Lorenzo), Matthew McCraney, Spencer Vent and Skylar Vent; his siblings, Jeffrey Vent (Fran) and Jennifer Vent; his grandchildren, Ava and Ian; his nieces and nephews, Chance, Cortland Vent, Allison Vent and Mary Elizabeth DePriest; his siblings, George Vent, Jr., Anita Vent-Ford and Daniel Vent; and his friends, Orlando Moore, Jeffery Miller and Tommy King. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
