Nobye Sue White Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2024, at the age of 83, Nobye Sue White of Helena, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Nobye Sue departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nobye Sue may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nobye Sue leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Franks and Irene Norwood Franks Adams; her husband Waymon David White; her children, Brenda Hammac and Wayne White; and her grandchildren, Brandy and Makaylee.
She is survived by: her children, James'Jim'Griffin (Tiffany) of Ashflat, Deidre Briggs (Danny) of Corinth and Susan Salyer (Jeff) of Forrest City. She is also survived by one sister, ten grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Church of God (97 Oak Hill Rd, Forrest City, AR 72335). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
