He was predeceased by: his father Herman Devers. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Ramsey Devers of West Helena, Arkansas; and his grandmother Allene Ramsey of Huntsville, Arkansas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
