She was predeceased by: her sisters, Snow Ella Pimms, Martha LaRose Carter and Sandra Arnett; and her son Nelson Shepard. She is survived by: her children, Lakeitha Carter of Memphis, TN, Queen Watson of Jonesboro, AR, Anica Watson of Rouston, LA and Jordan Watson of Memphis, TN; her daughter-in-law Hattie Shepard of Memphis, TN; her siblings, Della Dew, Samantha Arnett, Carol Brown, Jackie Arnett, Clarence Allen and Sammie Arnett, Jr. (Stacey); her grandchildren, Lashawniccee Harris (Donterrio), Latongila Shepard, Yasmine Raven Symone (Eric), Lillie Mae Stewart, Dominique Winston, Rayjean Antwonette Shepard, Olivia Desiree Shepard, Journee Azelea Watson, Brandon Garner, Jr., Turell Williams, III, Landan Watson and Dantrell Demond Gibson; and her cousins, Bobbie Pruitt and Jimmy Wright. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and so many friends.
