She was predeceased by: her parents, Gathan Short and Mary Short; her husband Quimbia Potts; her children, Quimbia Rex Potts and Patricia Watkins; her granddaughter April Dorlinda Watkins; and her siblings, Gathan "Bud" Short, Wanda Wyatt and Mary Williamson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christopher Potts, Alexander Scott Potts, Quinberlynn Michelle Potts, Shannon Renee Potts and Dennis L. Watkins, Jr.; and her sister Ollie McWilliams. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Roller-Citizens Funeral Home (508 Plaza Ave, West Helena, AR 72390). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
