It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Leon Heard (Helena, Arkansas), born in West Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on September 5, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mandy Gailey and Johnson Heard; his son Kevin Heard; and his siblings, George Gailey, Wade Gailey, Jr., Betty Gailey and Miriam Gailey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nikesha Baltimore (Gary) of Oxford, MS and Natasha Young of Boston, MA; his grandchildren, Jaden, Christopher, Donte, Jasmine, Noiles and Macayla; his siblings, Fletcher Heard of Chicago, IL, Michael Gailey (Pilar) of Memphis, TN, Delois Gailey, Sandra Gailey of Helena and Doris Ann Nealy of Memphis, TN; his friend Kelvin Rhodes; his aunts, Jeffie Loyd of Romeoville, IL and Elenora Mix of Markham, IL; and his uncle Frank Love of Toledo, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
