He was predeceased by: his mother Bettye Thompson; his brothers, Michael Brandon Muhammad and Curtis Jerome Thompson; and his grandparents, Elnora, Elige Barnes and Louvenia Hampton.
He is survived by: his father James Thompson (Donna) of Hanover Park, IL; his siblings, Tommy Thompson (Sadie) of Helena Arkansas, Melvin Thompson, Joshua Wyett (Marcia) of Homer Glenn, IL, Beverly Turner, Constance Matthews, Alicia Loyd (Jeremy) of Hanover Park, IL and Marilyn Thompson of Dekalb, IL; his siblings-in-law, Arthur Lewis Turner, Jeremy Loyd, Tiffany Gilbert, Barabra Davis (Brandon), Marcia Wyett (Roe) and Jimmy Davis; and his cousins, Shelia Robinson and Scott Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
