It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Billingsley of Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Corrine Billingsley and Jesse Billingsley; and his sisters, Peggy Schenebeck and Claire Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Spivey Billingsley; his children, Franklin Billingsley of Houston, Texas and Sharon Kay Billingsley of Seminole, Florida; his grandchildren, James Alan Woods and Spivey Woods Wilson (Blake); and his great grandchildren, Daniel and Abigail.
