He is survived by: his wife Louise Buchanan; his children, Jack Buchanan, Jr. (Carrie) of Florida, Sherry Boddie (Larry) of Russellville and Kristin Gregory (Carl) of Poplar Grove, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Tasha Ivey, Jacqueline Boddie, Ashton Schrock, Samuel Buchanan, Paxton Gregory, Haleigh Buchanan and Peyton Gregory; his great grandchildren, Chase Ivey, Gavon Taylor, Caydee Ivey, Mason Taylor, Madison Taylor, Tyler Schrock, Connor Beachler, Kane Schrock and Lincoln Schrock; and his siblings, Martha Jones (Perry) of Muldrow, Oklahoma and Frank Buchanan (Joann) of Arab, Ala. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
