He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hampton Broom and Louise Mathis Broom. He is survived by: his sister Brenda Hall (Pointer); his niece Elizabeth Louise Hall; his nephews, Phillip Hall (Terri Ann) and Pointer Hall, Jr.; his great-nephews, Michael C. Hall, Matthew T. Hall, Samuel Phillip Hall and David Pointer Hall; and his great-niece AnnCarol Hall.
Due to Covid pandemic, a PRIVATE, IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY, graveside service will be held.
