He was predeceased by: his close friend Mamie Rena Salley of Chicago, Illinois.; and his brothers, Clarence, Calvin and Kenneth Amos. He is survived by: his spouse Ollie Lee Reese; his children, Shaun Amos of Helena, Kent Amos (Andrea) of Helena, Brenda Carthan of Helena, Tonya Robertson of Columbus, OH, Marlon Robertson of Columbus, OH and Toney Salley of Columbus, OH; his siblings, Melvin Amos, Jr. of Union City, CA, James Amos of Carson, CA, Charles Amos, Sr. (Gwen) of Houston, TX, Joseph Amos of Houston, TX, Johnny Amos of Sacramento, CA, Dr. Larry Amos, Sr. (Patricia) of Pine Bluff, AR, Ruby Cranford of Memphis, TN and Pearl Walker (Clifton) of Lexa, AR; his sister-in-law Bonita Jackson-Amos of Helena; and his uncles, Emanuel Johnson (Lura) of Chicago, IL and James Johnson (Margaret) of Wildomar, CA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
We will follow CDC guidelines: mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart.
