It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Handley (Helena, Arkansas), born in Lexa, Arkansas, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rebecca Handley, and Arsmond Handley, Sr.; his wife Connie; and his siblings, Debra Smith, Dorothy Randle and Arsmond Handley, Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Keith Williams and Erin Handley; and his sister Eula Curtis (George). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

We will follow CDC guidelines: mask, hand sanitizer, and the social distance standard of 6ft apart.
