He was predeceased by: his parents, Mollie McKinney Shull and Robert Phillips; his wife Becky Phillips; and his sisters, Carla Stewart, Ruth Ann Drake, Wanda McGuire and Connie Sue Morgan.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie Phillips (Laura) of West Helena, Arkansas, Sonya English (Mike) of Marion and Dana Worstell (Chris) of Lexa, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Austin Kocian (Matt), Matt Phillips (Callie), Mollie Wildmann (Zach), Paden Phillips (Emily), Dylan Cruz (Katie), Story Phillips, Ellie Phillips, Hannah English, Jackson English and Ethan Phillips; his great grandchildren, Abbi Phillips, Beck Phillips, Cecilia Kocian and Mabel Kocian; and his siblings, Lafe McKinney, Roy Lee McKinney, Bobby McKinney, Wilma Kidd and Joyce Cayton.
