She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Pannell and Rosa Pannell; and her grandmother Julia. She is survived by: her husband Raymond; her children, Jo Ann, Barbara Jeffery (Bobby) of Stuttgart, Angie Neely Penn of Atlanta, GA, Sara Neely of Alexanderia, Tyresa, Sandra, Sharon and Raymond; her grandson Derrick of Helena, AR; and her friend Marie Crockett. She is also survived by grandchildren, great – great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brown's Home For Funerals (417 Walnut St, Helena, AR 72342). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (125 Caranza, West Helena, AR 72390). A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Poplar Grove Cemetery.
