He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Mills Sr. and Lila Mae Mills (Courtney). He is survived by: his wife Deanna Mills; his children, Linda Regusci, Charles Henry Mills 3rd, Debra Carson, Claude Mills, David Mills, Karen Moyer and Jennifer Foote; and his stepsons, Mark Moneymaker, David Moneymaker, Tommy Moneymaker and Tim Moneymaker. He is also survived by 15 grandkids, 12 step grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 6 step Great grandchildren.
