He was predeceased by: his father Brett Shane Smith, Sr. of Helena; and his grandparents, William Gustavus "Gus" Elledge, Jr. and Jewell Marie Grizzle Elledge of Brinkley, Arkansas.. He is survived by: his mother Christy Elledge Smith of Brinkley, Arkansas; his grandparents, LeVaughn Andrew Smith and Joann Dawson Smith of Helena, Arkansas; his stepmother Susan Gleason of Little Rock; and his pet Oakley. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the First Baptist Church, 215 W. Elm Street, Brinkley, AR 72021.
