He was predeceased by: his mother Vicky Freeman; his sister Allison Millwood; and his son Cole Millwood. He is survived by: his father Bobby Bright; his wife Salena O'Neal; his children, Christian Millwood, Benjamin Hadder, Jacob Millwood, Caleb Millwood, Kayleigh Hadder, Bailey Millwood, Raelynn Millwood, Amelia Hadder and Isabella Millwood; and his siblings, Paul Millwood, Jr. of Allen Bright, T. R, Jacob Bright, Tabitha Millwood, Amber Bright, Mallory Bright, Sarah Millwood and Tammy Bright. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
