She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert E. Bullard; her daughter Linda Mooney; and her mother Birdie Womack Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Darrell Bullard (Lynn) of Houston, Kathy Parks (Mike) of Memphis Tennessee and Kent Bullard (Pat) of Russellville, Arkansas. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
