He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward P. Johnson and Wilma Marie Burks Johnson; his brother John E. Johnson; and his brother-in-law Barry Wright. He is survived by: his sister Sheila Smith (Harold) of Greenbrier. He is also survived by friends and his pet dog.
