He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Freeman and Luella Freeman; his wife Ollie Fae; his sons, Bill Lewis Freeman, Jerry Lee Freeman and Cecil Freeman; and his children-in-law, Carroll Holland, Dave Pierce and Linda Freeman.
He is survived by: his sister Viola Wheeler; and his children, Mary Pierce, Oretta Holland, Don Freeman (Missy) and Steve Freeman (Debbie). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
