Shirley R. Williams Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley R. Williams of Hector, Arkansas, who passed away on January 18, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Earl; her former husband Hilton Blackwell; her husband Bill Williams; her children, Rodney Blackwell, Donna Chappell and Diane Blackwell; her grandson Shane Evans; her daughter-in-law Sheila Blackwell; and her siblings, Herman Helton, Donald Helton, Rickey Helton and Floye McGee.

She is survived by: her son Kevin Blackwell (Lisa); her siblings, Bob Helton (Martha) and Joyce Standridge; her grandchildren, Billy Joe Halterman, Ross Johnson, Jessie Blackwell, Jennifer Blackwell and Alexis Hobbs; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Halterman and Jaxon Halterman.
