He is survived by: his father Sam Warren; his wife Patricia Warren; his children, Callie, Wade Farish, Abbie Warren and David Warren; and his siblings, Tammy Warren, Rhonda, Kenny Bowden and Casey Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
