She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Chisum and Ora Chisum (Frazier); her former husband Lowell Freeman; her siblings, Alvie, James, Johnny Lee Chisum and Ollie Fay Freeman; her grandson Logan Pack; and her great grandchildren, Everette and Eli Fox.
She is survived by: her husband Don Pack; her children, Ira (Patsy Freeman), James Freeman of Conway, Brent (Dawn Pack), Pat Housley of Hector, Phyllis (John Allen) and Sheila Pack of Alred; her sister Alta (Harl Ledford); and her grandchildren, Twilla, Paul, Charles, DeShea, Jeremy, Ashley, Josh, Matt, Morgan, Tara, Kyle, Cassie and Maddie. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
