He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roy and Mary Josephine Pack (Walker); his wife Eunice Pack; his grandson Logan Pack; his great grandchildren, Everette and Eli Fox; and his siblings, Cletus Pack, Kenneth Pack, Ida Carr, Pearlie Harmon and Willard Pack.
He is survived by: his children, Ira (Patsy Freeman), James Freeman, Brent (Dawn Pack), Pat Housley, Phyllis (John Allen) and Sheila Pack; and his grandchildren, Twilla, Paul, Charles, DeShea, Jeremy, Ashley, Josh, Matt, Morgan, Tara, Kyle, Cassie and Maddie.
