He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley E. Bull and Lucille Payne Bull; his siblings, Edward Bull, Gordon Bull, Faye Braiser, Ella Dean Brown and Brenda Porter; and his sons-in-law, Hersle Pruitt and Larry Bilbrey.

He is survived by: his wife Freda Martin Bull; his children, Kenny (Glenda Bull), Sheila Bilbrey and Terry (Sherry Bull); his siblings, Bernard Bull and Shirlene Brand; and his grandchildren, Shannon Pruitt (Susan), Shawn Bull (Lisa), Shonda Jones (Casey), Jason Bull (Shawna), Jeremy Bull, Winston Keith Bull, Joshua Bull (Denise), Brec Duvall (Stephen), Tony Waldo (Angela), Lisa Graves (Brad) and Zachary Rudder (Karlee).
