He is survived by: his wife Mary Epperson; his children, Scotty Thomas, Sherry Thomas of Beverly Lunn, T. J and Thomas (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Jeff Samson (Kimberly), Joshua Samson (Briana), Jacob Samson, Joseph Thomas, Tommy Thomas, Nathan Thomas (Kristal), Trisha Thomas, Anthony Thomas (Ruffa), Thomas Cunningham (Lauren) and Brandy Chronister (Sara). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
