He is survived by: his sons, Rickey Blalack and Randall Blalack (Ava); his brother Paul Blalack; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Shane (Ashley), Matt (Brandi), Derek (Dannika), Devan Blalack, Amber Kuhn (Wesley), Heather Frederick (Luke), Meagan Etchison (Jacob) and Crystal Blalack. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
