He was predeceased by: his parents, Euel Hassel and Mary Ruth Hull Hassel; and his brother Wayne Hassel. He is survived by: his close friend Lynn Chisum; his children, Angela Alvarez (Monty), Amy Kremers (David) and Randy Hassel; his stepchildren, Travis Chisum and Crystal Lindgren; his grandchildren, Katie Hassel, Christopher Alvarez, Emily Kremers and Mason Kremers; and his brother Jerry Hassel. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
