She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Foust and Lottie Martin Foust; her husband Owen Lacy; her daughter Jolene Thompson; and her sisters, Helen Ward, Ruby Reed and Anna Lee Davis.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Larry Thompson of Heber Springs; her granddaughters, Ashley Walter of St Paul, MN and Allison McElroy (Greg) of Springdale, AR; her great grandchildren, Lauren Lee (TJ), Claire McElroy and J'Leigh Walter; and her great great grandchild Gracelyn Lee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
