She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin McNeace and Mary Ida May Harlan; her husband Charley Bailey; and her brother Charles McNeace. She is survived by: her son Charles Dwight Bailey (Connie K. Bailey) of Sherwood, Arkansas; and her sisters, Bess McCoy of Searcy and Joann Kemp of Michigan. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
