He was predeceased by: his parents, W. P. Flowers and Dosha Ray Flowers. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sue Flowers of Heber Springs, Arkansas; his son William David Flowers of Helena, Arkansas; his brothers, Dr. Bobby Flowers of Memphis and Charles (Cathey) of Aubrey, Arkansas.; and his stepchildren, Chad Cruce (Kim) of Mountain View, Lana Ables (Woody) of Heber Springs, Amy Cruce of Heber Springs and Carla Neiss of Seattle. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
