It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Phillips (Heber Springs, Arkansas), who passed away on September 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dave and Lizzie Mae Phillips (Garrett); and his siblings, Lucille Simmons, Marvin Phillips, Lorene Green, Earl Phillips, Kathleen Simmons and Christene Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Phillips (Slaten); his children, Tammy Barentine (Keith) and Rickey Phillips (Amy); his grandchildren, Dustin Phillips (Briana), Gracie Phillips, Jessie Johnson and Lilly Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Remington Phillips, Kadence Phillips, Kaylynn Phillips, Kynzleigh Phillips and Lakelynn Glasscock. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and great- nephews and great-nieces.
