He is survived by: his wife Mildred Lovin Fulton; his mother Lora Haney Fulton of Greenbrier, AR; his children, Billy Fulton of Loon Lake, WA, William Fulton of Greenbrier, AR, Velton Fulton of Rosebud, AR, Lora Armstrong (Rusty) of Rosebud, AR and Rose Grounds (Greg) of Mabelvale, AR; and his stepson Christopher Gray (Susan) of Bryant, AR. He is also survived by grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and host of nieces and nephews and many friends.
