She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester James Phillips and Bonnie Brown Phillips; and her siblings, Ron Phillips, Goldaray Phillips and Cheri Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Coy Friend (Karissa) of Heber Springs, Carie Trammell (Shannon) of Granby and Lesle Harmon (Raymond) of Heber Springs, Arkansas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
